What we punch
Every file is digitized manually — density, underlay and pull compensation set for the garment, not guessed by software.
Caps & Hats
Digitized centre-out and bottom-up so the design runs flat over a curved front panel instead of pushing off centre.
3D Puff & Foam
Capped edges and stitch spacing worked out for foam, so the thread cuts it cleanly and no white shows through the corners.
Applique
Placement, tack-down and cover stitch as separate steps with proper stops — fewer stitches, faster runs, lower thread cost on big designs.
Small Lettering
Text down to 4 mm that still reads. Column widths and underlay are rebuilt letter by letter rather than scaled down.
Vector Art Conversion
JPG or PNG redrawn by hand into AI, EPS, SVG or PDF for print, vinyl and laser. No auto-trace, no lumpy curves.
